PROFILE

 

Established in 2008, the Founder of Commercial Realty Services Florida and Managing Principal is Peter D. Reed. With over a quarter century of commercial real estate experience Reed leads the Commercial Florida team.

 

Peter was previously a Senior Vice President at Rendina Companies, a Jupiter, Florida based developer where he was responsible for marketing 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate developments, successfully selling over 250,000 square feet of office-condominiums with a value over $75 million as well as leasing and managing over 100,000 of office and medical office space. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company. While at Grubb & Ellis he was involved in leasing and managing over 700,000 square feet of office space with lease value in excess of $80 million. He was also involved in over 300,000 square feet of office sale transactions with total value over $40 million. He was named to the Grubb & Ellis ‘Circle of Excellence Society’ in 2000 and 2001 and was the Grubb & Ellis’s Top Producer in the State of Florida in 2001.

 

Previously, Mr. Reed was a Partner in Commercial Florida Realty Advisors, Inc. prior to Commercial Florida’s sale to Grubb & Ellis. Commercial Florida Realty Services recommenced operations in 2008 with a new direction focused primarily on leasing and property/association management of office properties throughout Florida. Commercial Florida has a long tradition of real estate excellence that is built on integrity, loyalty, teamwork, professionalism and passion.

With its professional staff based in Jupiter, Florida Commercial Florida continues to maintain national and regional relationships with corporate users of real estate services, as well as with national,  international and local senior real estate brokers, advisors, and institutional, private owners of office properties and office condominium association throughout the state of Florida, with a concentration and focus  in South Florida.

Develops and maintains submarket-specific databases which track availabilities and the occupancy, vacancy and absorption, lease expirations, and sale price statistics for office space throughout Florida.

FINANCIAL/ INVESTMENT

Provides owner and investor representation services and advocacy services for income producing properties from cash flow, pricing recommendations, lease reviews, comprehensive acquisition/disposition analysis, packaging and marketing strategies.

 

LAND DISPOSITION

Provides clients with a full range of highly focused land related services ranging from highest and best use analysis to portfolio land sales.

 

PROPERTY ACQUISITION

Researches and identifies both on and off market real estate acquisition opportunities throughout the state of Florida.
